Salon Guidelines
We would like to give you the best service possible and ask you arrive promptly on time to your reservation. Guests that arrive late may have to reschedule. We do our best to accommodate as much as possible.
Online Booking
All guests will be directed to our online booking platform found on our home page. A credit card is required to confirm all reservations scheduled. The card is kept secure on file and will not be charged prior to arrival for your scheduled reservation. If a reservation is not confirmed with a card up to 24 hours prior to start time, the reservation may be cancelled without notice. In the event a last-minute cancellation or no-show occurs, please refer to the cancellation guidelines listed below.
Cancellations
To respect the time of our team and other clients, we require 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled reservation. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge for time reserved. Any reservation missed without any notice will incur a 100% no-show charge for time reserved. Failure to resolve outstanding balances within 5 business days will result in a forfeiture of future booking privileges.
Color & Service
Our color formulas are special and unique to Trynergy Salon — we keep them confidential to make sure you get safe, consistent, and personalized results every time.
We believe integrity always comes first. Certain hair conditions mean we can’t provide a service that would give you the best result or keep your hair healthy. In those cases, we may need to say no — but don’t worry, we’ll always chat with you about the best options!
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable & expire three years after purchase date.
All gift cards should be treated like cash.
They cannot be replaced if lost if stolen.
Returns
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund
to original payment method within 30 days or purchase
Merchandise can be exchanged for another product
within 60 days of purchase.
